Want to know more?

The yoga anatomy workshop takes your anatomy knowledge to the next level. You will be guided through key anatomical principles and concepts that help you see beyond the parts and pieces of anatomy. Come and explore the integration of anatomy and movement.

The Yoga Anatomy Workshop begins with shifting our understanding from the body as constructed of parts and pieces to the body as an integrated whole. We’ll also review how the body is discussed in Western scientific terms. It’s important to understand how the Western concept of the body can be used to help clarify and process what we’re doing in our asana practice.

“Attending David’s Yoga Anatomy Workshop really opened my eyes to what I see my students struggling with, but most importantly it gave me the skills to actually help them work through their challenges on the mat. I wish I did this workshop as part of my teacher training!”
